"Recently, the tread started peeling off one of our tires while we were driving just a short distance from home. Not wanting to see what a flying tire looks like in real life, we turned around and headed back to the house.
We called Budget Towing and Recovery, and they gave us a quote over the phone to tow our van to a local tire shop. They said a truck could be there in about an hour—but the driver actually showed up sooner (how often does that happen?). He charged exactly what was quoted, which turned out to be a very reasonable price—especially compared to what we’ve paid for towing in the past.
The driver handled our van with care, loading and unloading it like it was his own. We were thoroughly impressed with their service, professionalism, and price. Highly recommend Budget Towing—fast, fair, and friendly! We’ll definitely be keeping their number in our phone for any future roadside emergencies."

"I have to say at such a crummy time, traveling from Florida to Alabama my car broke down. I had to be towed that night and Brad was absolutely nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to help us try to find auto repair after hours. Got us to our hotel safely. Then the very next morning, I had to call for tow again to get my car to the shop. Tim was so nice and helpful. Budget Towing, you have some awesome employees!! 10/10"

"Broke down on the side of the road and Paul came to the rescue. If you are lucky enough to get Paul as your driver, you’ll get extreme professionalism, efficiency, and a stand up guy. He went above and beyond past his duties to get me where I needed to be, no questions asked. Give this man a raise!!"
